I moved here from Chicago, and visited different shops in the area. I love this store and have been coming for over three years. Every employee is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. They take the time to help you and provide undivided attention, I have never had service like this EVERY time I visit. Opaque is my only go to shop and I tell everyone to come here, I'm always pleased with every purchase and the service provided. I can't say that about too many other businesses.

This place is great! I'll be coming back for more coils and vape. Only two/three somewhat gripes, one is the flavor selection, two is the brand name that is just imprinted in everything (I mean it's cool, not really a bad thing just doesn't sit well with me) and lastly is that it feels a little snobby going inside. I definitely love the professional feeling there are other shops that have more relaxed welcoming vibes.

I was one of their first customers when the place first opened, it was GREAT!.... However, now that more locations have opened they have increased their prices, (example) selling pre-made coils for $4+, YET they don’t cary the 6 foot spool anymore for $10 so you can make your own🤔... and the staff that used to be so friendly and knowledgeable is nowhere to be found. The new staff now is short and rude. They used to ALWAYS have what I wanted/needed. Hell, I wasn’t even greeted when I walked into the store.... 👎🏻 Will not be returning. Seems like it’s more of a hangout place than a business.

I don't usually write reviews at all, so let that mean something. But after AJs customer service today I couldn't help but write a review. He is a extremely helpful and laid back guy. Helped me understand more about the world of vaping and helped me set up my voopoo drag 2. Took his time to explain things, and didn't mind repeating himself. Because let's be honest here when you're relatively new it's quite a bit to take in. By the time he got done I wanted to give the guy a tip lol. Maybe I'll buy him some juice or something next time I'm in. In any event thanks AJ I appreciated it.

Great prices with outstanding staff and customer service. Every one is super nice and the selection of juice flavors and hardware is big and they add new items all the time. Highly recommend this shop.
