The staff and doctor were very professional and compassionate. I was there for about an hour and made sure to bring plenty of paperwork to make the process easier. Dr. Simmons went over the proper uses and laws that would keep me law abiding during the later portion of the visit. I highly recommend obtaining your recommendation here (call ahead of time to make sure your condition is on the list of approved conditions to be treated with medical cannabis.)

I was amazed by the one on one interest in my health issues. Dr Joel is fabulous. The staff is wonderful cannot say enough good things about this office. I have to thank all the staff for their patience and friendliness, very refreshing. They made me feel like family instead of just a number.

Easily scheduled a same day appointment Jan 18, 2019. The staff and doctor were able to answer all of my questions. The process was very efficient and the doctor courteous. If you're in need of a medical marijuana recommendation in Ohio I highly recommend Ohio Herbal Clinic. Turned out to be less stress than initially anticipated.

They were very friendly & courteous right from the start. I only waited a few minutes before going back to a room. I might have waited 5 minutes and Dr Simmons came in. We went over my medical records which I brought with me. Then we came up with a treatment plan and I was done. I have this type of service with my PCP also. Communication with the office & Dr is great. Thanks for providing such a organized office with friendly staff!!
