Updated: Contacted Oasis in the morning and immediately just asked for a supervisor, and situation was rectified. They delivered the order, provided a discount and threw in a couple extras as a compensation and were nice throughout the process. Bummer that it happened, but they seemed genuine with owning up to the mistake. Placed an order for delivery at 6:20pm, got cancelled because one of the products was out of stock. No worries - they state if I replace the order, I won't lose my spot in line. Order replaced at 7:06pm. By 9:40pm, I had called Oasis 4 times, no real answer other than "the driver is on the way" - I find it hard to believe that you can be "on the way" for over an hour on a trip that is less than 8 miles. It's currently 9:30am THE NEXT DAY and the order still shows "Pending Delivery".... so I guess the driver was never on the way, after all? Incredibly disappointed - that is the exact OPPOSITE of good customer service - 1) Didn't get notified when my first order was cancelled (despite leaving my cell phone number in the order notes with an explicit note saying "Call me if there are any questions/problems". 2) Over 14 hours after an order was placed, it still shows "Pending Delivery". 3) Each time I called Oasis to try and get information on what was up, I was told "Driver is on the way, can't give you any more info than that they're on a route" and that was that.

They give great promotions! Timeless was even giving away baseball tickets! They also honor first time patient deals even if you have been to Oasis South. I highly recommend them :)

Oasis used to have great deal but not anymore. Workers just push whats expensive and aren't very knowledgeable. Also twice now I've been lied to about the medication and all they told me was "oh that sucks dude".

Update: Can you even believe the audacity of this place? They claimed that I demanded extras in their response to this review? I did no such thing and am offended by them yet again! I ONLY WANTED TO RETURN THE BATTERY I WAS UNHAPPY WITH! I was told they would only warranty the battery. I said ok genius, how do you warranty something that isn't broken? Of course I received no response. Horrible customer service. Have heard the same sentiment from many others. DO NOT SHOP AT OASIS DISPENSARIES! Original post: Oasis North would not return a $25 battery that I purchased and was unsatisfied with. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Have had issues with other products from other dispensaries and they have all found a way to make me a happy customer. Not these guys. They were very dismissive. Definitely plenty of other places to spend my $400 / month.

Great place when they have full stock but seems very limited lately with a few budtender being very uneducated into the effects of various strains and all the can say is its dank or it fire not it's good for pain or insomnia or appetite pretty bad. The dutchies are the cheapest price from there which is why I love this dispensary but they run out of stock way to quickly

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
