Well, this place used to be great but service is slow and long wait as new patients are accepted and take large amounts of time to be educated while people wanting to place an order must wait. Very frustrating to say the least but when you ask manger she has the worst attitude and is down right rude and condescending towards the customers. Tina the manager has removed all loyalty programs servicing lower income families and raised prices to a 100 percent profit margin. In the past we could call in our order and it would be ready for pickup but this is no longer an option as it was just convenient for the customers so it had to be removed. Since I switched to our other option here and it is nice having a choice; I must say, it was a good move. At Phoenix Botanical you have an excellent reward program with 15% off every tenth visit and a free gram on your tenth as a loyalty program. Write a review, get a free gram. Friendly staff with better prices and quality selection. Online ordering for quick service. Consider switching or not selecting Numed as your choice and take it from me personally, it’s just not worth it. There are better options! Switch today, you have choices and it’s easy! Give it a try! Only takes 24 hours to switch and you can be buying from someone else too!

Amazed and wowed that the loyalty program was removed with no prior notice as of today. Sad for their employees that have to notify us , I know it wasn’t their decision. It should be management at the front window having to tell everyone. Way to make us and your employees feel like family. Thanks for showing us that it’s profit over people.

Time spent changing dispensaries, 4.20 seconds and very, very easy. Ok, after all that, it is up to you and what you feel is important to your treatment and what's available. Prices seem high, but the reality is it's cheaper than sanctions from the local Gov.

Like the employees. They do not respond to emails. My last purchase would have gotten me the $40 off reward. Without warning they canceled the rewards program. They cancel everything without warning. I drive all the way there just because I have a reward to use and it is gone. Not much for customer service. They are not the only game in town. Going to be moving to the other guy.

Loyalty no more, prices too high and they removed loyalty program and all discounts. Phx Botanical has better prices, stocks better products and has many reward programs. Considering switching like I did, it was worth it. Goodbye some Numed family you were!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
