I worked with Chris and Rick over a couple of days on a pair of ski boots. Now they fit perfectly. Living in Ohio, it is very difficult to find a good boot fitter near a ski resort and impossible to find a challenging resort. After searching online for boot fitters, I decided that Northern Ski Works and Killington would be a good combination to get a solid fit. Instead, my boots now fit better than I imagined they could!

This is the BEST shop for boots. Boot specialists walk you through what fit is best, answer all questions and you never feel rushed. Came in with boots i purchased from them a few seasons ago and was able to get my problems with them solved in under 30 minutes. Excellent service and kind people. Highly recommend!

This is our go-to ski shop. We were recommended here a few years ago by a colleague to see Hal for a boot fitting. Between my family and our friends we've purchased 3 pair of boots and everyone has stopped complaining of cold, painful feet. My wife recently purchased a new jacket too. She shopped around a bit but ultimately bought it here because the staff was so friendly and helpful. Rick was super helpful shopping for skis. Unfortunately they were sold out of the ones we wanted but he called around to other shops to find a pair and recommended us there. He really didn't want us to buy a different pair before trying the specific model we were looking for and we appreciate that he didn't push a sale for the sake of a sale. If you're in the market for equipment you'll do well here.

Was up from NY skiing at Killington and went in with the intention to look at ski boots and had to wait a little as they do first come first serve.... It was 100% worth it!!!! They take their time, do everything they can to work within your budget, spend as much time is needed to answer every question, and make sure the boots fit ideally. It made me feel truly confident and there was zero pressure. I had the pleasure of working with Rich for my boots and even though they do not do snowboard eauipment he did everything he could to help make my snowboard boots more comfortable... and he did! Blackie adjusted my ski bindings and it was an all around win. Fantastic people, better service than I can ever recall at a retail store, and I will be back!
