Dr. Shannon Avena was so easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about how to fit me in the best contacts that would work for me. Denise and Sheri were very helpful as well! They also had a really great selection of frames! I'm looking forward to my next visit :)

The doctor I saw was very helpful and gave me a good experience but dealing with everything else about this place has been nothing short of frustrating and difficult, so even months after my appointment I’m still dealing with issues from here. Can’t see myself returning in the future.

I liked the experience there. The wait wasn't long, and the doctors are nice. However, it has been taking quite a while to get my glasses done.

Save your self some trouble go somewhere else. The doctor does not give you an exam is a sales pitch. The sales people lie by telling you that not all their brands are from luxottica I looked it up there is not a single brand in that store not owned by luxottica. This means every eye glass regardless of brand or price was made by the same company probably in the same factory. and their prices are stupid high when online you can get better quality glasses for about 1/10 of the price. google eye glasses and your prescription before burning your hard earn cash!

The doctors are good at least we really liked Dr Avena. The lab and the glasses people now that’s a different story! What was supposed to be a week for glasses took 2 for mine and 4 for my husband. They made his wrong at first, made sunglasses, didn’t send them out to get fixed until 3 days later (not including weekends) and not once offered any condolences or offered to keep the sunglasses when they can’t re-use them anyway. I work in healthcare and Niles Vision Clinic is by far the worst eye place I have ever went to in my entire life! And I have had glasses for 15 years!
