We love New Prague Animal Care, they are always so kind and caring, from the phone calls to when you walk in. We take our Siberian Husky Bandit in and he gets so much attention, well loved. We've had to take him in twice for emergencies, the in house testing was great, Dr. Johnson was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. I wouldn't take him anywhere else

Middle of a snow storm a few days ago. My little puppy was injured. I live in Faribult. Vet offices were closed in town. They actually called me while in route to see if I was ok. They were so good with the puppy. The cost was very reasonable. Called today to see how everything was going. I really was very impressed with this office. I recommend this place.

I have been pleased with the receptionist and with Dr. Lavelle but, the Office Manager Megan (been there 13yrs she had to tell me multiple times) who gives feedback that we need to pay more attention to our dog, give him more affection, pet him all over because he was nervous when he was brought back without my bf. any dog I have ever taken to the vet are nervous then you take him away he is scared DUH! Tomorrow I am bringing them their $7.18 picking up my 9 month old dogs records and will go somewhere else! I have never been more insulted by a vet clinic before. My dog sleeps on my pillow with me every night. All I can say is by-bye! Funny how they always have a way of twisting the negative reviews to again make it seem like the pets owner is the issue. (This has been the fourth animal we have brought there and had good luck with them until today). I will NEVER tell anyone to go here.

Doctor was very condescending towards my girlfriend In regards to her lack of knowledge....terrible vet Also price gouging 171 for what burnsville on Nicolet charges 89 dollars lol they charged that for heartworm check distemper and rabies shot burnsville told me 90 dollars new Prague will go for your money no doubt

We have been clients of New Prague Anjmal Care for over 13 years. They have provided exceptional and compassionate care for our “pack” (6 dogs and 3 cats). As a professional dog trainer, breeder of Best in Show and Master Hunter Retrievers as well an owner of multiple kennel/ doggy daycare facilities (30+ years), I have worked with numerous veterinary clinics both in the Twin Cities and nationwide. Dr. Steve and his crew rate among the finest I have worked with. The clinic has all of the features and veterinary medical equipment I would expect from a leading vet clinic in the metro. However, as a small town clinic they get to know their customers and patients well. This is a huge benefit. The staff excels at customer service and are very dedicated to the pets for which they care. Dr. Steve and Dr. Johnson are both highly knowledgeable and offer commen sense, pragmatic advise. We have been very pleased and highly recommend New Prague Animal Care.
