Started going again after a car accident. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. When my daughter started coming, Dr. Sheena was able to work on her quickly and keep her calm. She loves going there. I need to make an appointment for my son.

Excellent Chiropractor! Initially I went after an accident to take care of neck/back pain. She set up a treatment plan that relieved me of all pain and gave me better mobility than I've had in years. I also began seeing a decrease in my high blood pressure. This seems to be directly linked to the chiropractic work on my sympathetic/parasympathetic system. Before my accident, I knew nothing of chiropractors, now I'm a firm believer in chiropractic care. She's excellent and the whole office is pleasant, welcoming, and wonderful.

Dr. Sheena is an amazing person. Not only did she help correct my problems with my back she also helped me lose 50 lbs! She administers a program called Shape Reclaimed. This is by far the best "diet" I have ever been on. Not only did it help me lose 50 lbs it also taught me how to eat better and to better understand what food does to the body. She was there every step of the way during the weight loss and was at no point judgmental when I happened to deviate... I highly recommend Dr. Sheena for all chiropractic care and more. If you have a few pounds to lose she can help you! Whatever it is you need she has the knowledge and the personal care to help get you there. A+!!!

Dr. Sheena Joseph is an extremely personal and knowledgeable professional who takes the time to get to know her clients and deliver the long term care they need. Dr. Sheena not only treats her patients for pain relief but she also sets up an entire care plan that allows her patients to maintain their health long after they leave her office. I highly recommend Dr. Sheena.

I have long history of back and neck issues, and have neglected proper care for years. After continued and worsening back and neck pain, and a stellar recommendation from my wife, also seeing positive results first hand from her treatments, I finally relented and made an appointment with Dr Sheena. WOW!! what a difference! After just a few months, I'm able to do things without pain that I haven't been able to do in several years! If you need help, make an appointment today with Dr Sheena! You won't be sorry!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
