I came into this dispensary two nights ago with my medical recommendation on my phone. They registered me, put me in the system, and I was able to get my medicine without an issue. I have been a medical marijuana patient since 2012, and have never had an issue going to a dispensary and showing them my doctoral recommendation on my phone or email. The manager, Nina, today and front desk associate Alison, were beyond rude, and honestly weird because they said “sir, if you are going to be hostile, we are going to have you leave” I advised the manager that two nights ago, I was here and purchased and she said that was impossible! The audacity she has to call me a liar before checking the records is absolutely despicable . They looked up my record and saw that I did purchase but she insisted on not ringing me up as a medical patient. Horrible customer service. I will never come back to this dispensary again. If you are a medical patient, stay away. They have no respect. 0 stars.

I have had a great experience every time I come here. Love that tax is already included in the prices. Galen was very helpful, he and Seth were very nice and knowledgeable. This is my new dispensary! Thanks guys!!

I’ve been going here for over 6 months, I’ve always been happy with my purchases and treated with awesome customer service. I’ve noticed they’ve been continuously working on improving their location, they are always training new employees; obviously to make your visit quick and easy . They always have text deals and recently started a rewards points system that allows you to earn $2.50 in rewards every $50 spent or $5 in rewards every $100 spent. They have always had the “Spin the Wheel” to win a variety of In-house-products for every $150 spent at once and that’s $150 for one spin or $300 gets you 2 spins and so on . And last but not least , their TAX INCLUDED PRICING is always very affordable and it makes it easy to know what your spending before arriving 👍🏻

NEVER been to a dispensary, but it was cool! I don't smoke or eat, but I went with a friend to check it out. This was soooooo interesting to find out how many different products they have & how they incorporate it! I don't know anything about it & they answered all of my questions without hesitation.

Seth and the gentleman he was training exceeded even exemplary customer service. Because of their gusto for sharing, Seth, and learning, said trainee, educated myself and elderly lady friend which we made a purchase then. And I trekked over after your text blast.
