Hands down, one of the best all around recreational dispensaries I’ve been to! And this is coming from an industry professional, as well as a Colorado native! From their knowledgeable and super friendly staff, to their broad yet top notch selection of product, you cannot go wrong. I had an issue with some plant matter in a concentrate gram, Bill worked one on one with me to not only get me another gram, but to ensure I left the store happy and satisfied! 10/10 would go here again, and recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service from Ryan. Won't return till he's gone. You dont treat people like that. Guy you disrespected is well respected. You should learn some respect. I buy 2 grams of wax and shatter a day and you just lost my business. I traveled great distance to get there too. Word of mouth brought me there. Word of mouth will keep me from it.

While the staff is friendly and sociable and the product of a decent quality for my purposes, I've always had a problem with paying for fluff, fillers or additives. Over the last few months I've noticed, first, an introduction of small stems popping up in the pre-rolls. This evolved to more frequent and abundant discoveries. Even to that which I would call a log in my pre-rolled joint. Now, in my most recent purchase, I have discovered the introduction of seedlets and a stem protruding through the paper. Maybe it's just the Libra in me but stems and seedlets, no matter how small or mature have weight. This added mass subtracts from my consumable mass. Equation = short changed.

So I just went to this natural kiss and I was having some phone issues and didnt have 4g, this young man came in and said oh well you can use the Wi-Fi to email us you card. There was a young lady with a plaid skirt and a young preppy type guy at the front window. They didnt follow thru with letting me have the Wi-Fi and was very rude after the young man said that I could use the Wi-Fi to email them my card. I called and the person answered the phone was apologizing in a funny way and said to come back and give them another chance and that he would give a discount, but location and time wouldn't let me. I am a medical patient and I came there for medical purpose. Good help is so hard to find so don't spend your money .
