I have been a long time patient of Dr. Mitchell's. Not only does he have a great personality, he is a true professional...caring, attentive and sincere. My family and I are very happy that Natural Health opened an office in Missouri City.

I have been a patient for about 10 yrs now. I Have always required Chiropractor adjustments for more than one chronic condition, I saw around 5 different chiropractors before finding Dr Mitchell back in 2004. I could tell since then that I have finally found someone who was able to provide a lot of pain relief, but He has provided more than that, Thanks to him I was able to get referred to his network of great doctors in the area , I had lived with a shorter left leg that required a shoe lift,Dr Mitchell referred me to a Dr who was able to fix not just the length discrepancy but also the alignment for my left leg, I had given up on any type of surgery since I was told years before there was nothing else that could be done for it,Well a couple of Doctors were wrong for telling me that ,I have Dr Mitchel to thank as well for referring me years later as I injured a disc on my spine ,he referred me to a great pain management Dr and a couple of Surgeons, one of them did fix the disc last October :) .It has been a lot of changes in my health but I feel very lucky to have Dr Mitchell on my corner ,It is an awesome feeling to know that someone does Care. And as you can tell I have seen tons of Doctors , I can tell by now who gives that little extra and who doesn't , that little extra is the difference from just a Doctor and an Excellent Doctor ! . Consider yourself lucky if you are already under Dr Mitchell's care . Thanks Dr Mitchell

I have been a patient of Dr. Mitchell since 2005. What impresses me about Dr. Mitchell is his hesitancy to use his "State of the Art" equipment on the patient. He uses his amazing skill to diagnose before going to the high-tech stuff. As a matter of fact, he's never x-rayed me the whole ten years I have known him, despite some serious injury and pain I have had! He's never pushed supplements or encouraged me to use anything but proper posture, stabilizing exercises and exercise techniques. He is extremely knowledgeable about vegan, vegetarian and the plant-based lifestyles. I have referred many people to him and all reports of his treatments have been glowing! I have nothing but praise for Dr. Mitchell!

Natural health houston showed me how to be proactive about my health and instead of treating symptoms- treat the cause, or prevent it. Darrin was able to find my early onset of painful DDisk disease, which went undiagnosed and unexplained by very capable orthopedic surgeons in the city. This center focuses on overall health and improving quality of life through managing it. Definitely recommend!

About Katy, Texas

Katy is a city in the U.S. state of Texas. It is the Greater Katy area, itself forming the western part of the Greater Houston metropolitan area. Homes and businesses may have Katy postal addresses without being in the City of Katy. The city of Katy is approximately centered at the tripoint of Harris, Fort Bend, and Waller counties. Katy had a population of 21,894 at the 2020 U.S. census, up from 14,102 in 2010. First formally settled in the mid-1890s, Katy was a railroad town along the Missouri–Kansas–Texas (MKT) Railroad which ran parallel to U.S. Route 90 (today Interstate 10) into downtown Houston. Katy obtained its name when the MKT Railroad dropped its Missouri waypoint and the junction became known as the KT stop. The fertile floodplain of Buffalo Bayou, which has its source near Katy, and its tributaries made Katy and other communities in the surrounding prairie an attractive location for rice farming. Beginning in the 1960s, the rapid growth of Houston moved westward along ... Read More

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
