I went there today for my first appointment and I have to say it was definitely a very stress free process...the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and courteous! The intake lady (I forget your name so sorry) was very informative, went through the whole process with me (obtaining my card, the system, etc) and what to expect. Dr. Patel was very friendly, understanding, and caring. He was very thorough and went through my paperwork and explained to me what he thought would work best for me. The price was also the best I found in the area and better then most places in the state from what I have heard. They gave me a 10 week follow up...and after that it can be 10 weeks,5 months, or 7 months as long as no issues arise...you’ll save about $100 if you do the 7 months, but it’s your choice and what works for your pocket. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone who qualifies and is looking for the natural way.

Excellent customer service! Dr. Patel was extremely kind and caring to my situation. Loved his attitude and kind nature. Place was pretty busy when I was there and noticed Dr. Patel treated every patient with respect. Found the whole experience to be excellent. Highly recommend.

Dr. Patel and his staff were very pleasant and professional. On my first visit today, Michelle greeted me and helped me with the paperwork. I sat down with Dr. Patel and we discussed my Parkinson’s Disease symptoms and potential treatments. He thoroughly reviewed the many considerations involved with each option. Michelle then answered all my questions about the registration process and sent me on my way. Thanks Dr. Patel and Michelle. I was a little apprehensive walking in—but very comfortable walking out with the knowledge you provided on how I may better manage my PD symptoms.

I found my experience with Dr. Patel to be very professional. He made me feel comfortable about talking through my issues. He was very thorough in explaining this very difficult process to me, and he was patient enough to actually listen when asked if I had any questions or concerns. I'm so grateful that I chose Dr. Patel to help me through this process.

Hardy any wait. make sure you have your paperwork filled out before your appointment. Dr. Patel and staff are very friendly and caring people. They do what they can to get the process done as quickly as possible. Nice folks.
