Great experience! The atmosphere is clean and professional. The staff is very nice and welcoming, it was our first time at a dispensary and they walked us through all the products and explained the different effects. I would recommend this dispensary when visiting Colorado!

We had a great experience at the Native Roots in Littleton! It was our first visit, and everyone was very friendly. Amanda, our budtender, was especially helpful and enthusiastic. She patiently answered all of our “first-timer” questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made great suggestions. She made us feel very welcome. All in all, a great experience!

The very first time I have ever walked into a store like this and I was so lucky to get Tiffany to help me. I was reading the reviews and her name comes up often as to how amazing and knowledgeable she is. She also has an amazing personality that makes you feel comfortable to talk to and ask questions that you might not otherwise ask. THIS IS WHY I GIVE HER 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. If I would have reviewed your store after going in this same store the second time in my life (expecting the same or similar experience) I would have given it 1 ⚡️ The first guy I talked to totally contradicted what I was told by Tiffany and even told me what I wanted wasn’t available because the package had changed. When what I asked for was right there in the case. Strange. After 10 minutes of my questions and his I don’t know answers I asked to talk to someone else who basically said Tiffany was correct but ended up selling me what I didn’t want. He said “there are several flavors” which one do you like. I said the flavor doesn’t matter as long as it is the same thing I bought before just in the new packaging as you explained. Terrible experience. I ended up calling your Edgewater store and talked to Trevor (because this was the only store open at the time) he completely explained what I received and most likely what had transpired. If these stores are all owned by the same person, Please make sure Tiffany and Trevor are recognized for their kindness and patience and most importantly their KNOWLEDGE.

I'm giving this star because you have an employee by the name of gerard I think he said. Glasses and black hair. First off I drive down from the mountains every week and visit your establishment. I spend money there, and usually the staff is amazing. This Friday I brought my cousin in, and got him excited about visiting this establishment. We were treated poorly by this gerard. He was so rude and impersonal. I felt weird for taking my cousin there I will say I hope he doesn't ruin the experience for.more.customers. but he may want to think about getting out of customer service and sales. He is horrible for your store. I'm honestly not sure if I'll ever come back.

The employees are kind and knowledgeable, and always give great suggestions. The location is excellent. So often dispenseries can be sketchy and unpleasant, but this place is very welcoming and has a great vibe
