I brought my car in about three weeks ago and knew that I needed four new tires. The staff was knowledgeable and presented options. The service was timely and fair. I'd just moved back to Jersey from Texas and after I switched everything back to Jersey, I realized I don't have the tools to put my new tags on my car. I called Mr. Tire the next day, and although I knew it wasn't their job, Ronald didn't hesitate to tell me to come in and he'd put my tags on for me. Great customer service skills go a long way with me. I would highly recommend this company.

I’ve used these guys multiple times over the past few years. Always excellent service and great work. I’ve gotten better pricing there then other places. The manager Ron explains my problems and always provides me a great solution. I will use them again and recommend you do so as well.

They were able to get to my car and repair the tire while being very busy. Reasonable price for a tire repair and they actually repaired it when other shops usually claims the tire needs to be replaced. Would recommend.

My daughter takes her car here for routine oil changes. They are trustworthy and honest. Ron is always friendly and their prices can't be beat! We highly recommend!!

This place has great customer service. I went in for a leaking tire repair. Ron (the manager) was really great to work with and was honest. First, he informed me that there would be a wait possibly and hour or two because he had several cars ahead of me to get to. Finally, a place that tells you that up front. But he actually got to it much sooner. When they got to working on it, Ron showed me where the leak was and the screw that was in the center of the tire. He said this was good news and took the tire back into the garage to patch the leak. A couple minutes later he came back with the tire, now off the wheel, to show me that the inside sidewall of the tire was damaged. There was tire shaving inside the tire and the inside sidewall of the tire had some shread markings. (This was caused by driving on flat tire to get off the highway, better that getting killed trying to fix a tire on the side of the highway) He provide me with my options and the cost. He said he could just patch the leak like I originally requested if I wasn't ready to buy a new tire today but that the sidewall will be weak and could cause a blowout over time. I ended up just getting the tire replaced but it was nice that Ron was honest with my options and not pushy to sell new tire. Carl was also at the front desk and was really personable with just general conversations with myself and other customers who were in the store. I definitely will go back. Thanks Ron, the manager for running a shop where as a customer I will look forward to returning and not have to worry about them trying to rip people off. All it takes is to be honest and fair with prices and your business will thrive.
