I have tried several MJ Dispensaries in the Valley and found Monarch to be the best total experience. Great product and prices. Staff is knowledgeable which makes the experience beneficial for my needs and enjoyable to shop. Highly recommend. I usually ask for Brennan to assist me.

WEAK. Customer service was great but then I tried the product (flower). Very LOW QUALITY. Is there any THC in this at all? I am a medical customer and depend on quality products to treat my pain. I would recommend you STAY AWAY. You won't be happy.

Good selection and always fresh the staff can really help you with all of your needs but especially your medical ailments. Everyone here is Amazing, great personalities super friendly and every experience is as if you went back in time in a small town with your best friends. Best staff in Arizona.

Monarch dispensary is not the same place it used to be. I’m a medical patient with a neurological disorder. So I really depend on the reliability of my dispensary. I’m sad to say that this is not the case for this place anymore. They have been bought out and taken over by a corporate company from California called medmen. The majority of the old staff is gone and so is the warm friendly vibe, quality and the regular products they used to have. I’ve tried going back a couple times after the take over but they don’t have what I used to get. I’ve even placed orders that went through only to go there and be told that they don’t have what I ordered. I’ve chatted with what’s left of the staff and I guess they also put staff that have been there for years on probation and and are trying to hire new (less knowledgeable) staff so they can pay them less. It’s typical corporate bs but it’s sad to see it happening to my favorite dispensary. It’s also incredibly frustrating to have to find a new reliable one especially since I am actually a medical patient and not just a recreational user. Medmen has come in and ruined something really beautiful. So if you want to support a corporate monster that’s trying to take over the marijuana market in az, has no care about the medical users or the staff it displaces and screws over and has a poor selection and recently raised prices...... Medmen is the place for you. Otherwise RIP monarch dispensary.

This place is absolutely amazing! So far nothing has beat this dispensary and I have tried 5 of em. Best prices!!!! Best dank!!!! Most professional buds!!!! Atmosphere!!! Guys this is the way buying medicine is supposed to be!!!! How many exclamation points must I use to get everyone to come check this out !!!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this.
