My shoulder was hurt for over 6 months. I have tried everything I previously learned at physical therapy (rotator cuff exercises, icing, even bough en expensive TENS/EMS device) from an injury several years ago. I was not able to make significant gains. I have been treated by Doctor Vince at his office in Lake Forest, California for only 2 weeks and I am already almost healed. Dr. Vince Disaia is the best chiropractor in Orange County, CA! I am a mixed martial arts competitor. Recently I had a fight in Las Vegas and my lower back was in constant pain. I basically accepted the fact that I had to endure the pain during training. Doctor Vince treated me with several active release therapy techniques at his Lake Forest location and after only the 2nd session I was extremely surprised that the pain was almost completely gone, I could breath better, and felt must more rested after sleeping. If you want the best chiropractor in Lake Forest, CA. I strongly suggest contacting Momentum Sports Therapy if you have lower back pain. p.s. Their deep tissue massages are also amazing!
