I've been here a few times now, and can say the quality and prices are balanced well for the tobacco products, and great for some of the miscellaneous stuff you can find there. I always walk across something that I remember for the next time, and even though it's across town, there's so much more variety (and better prices) than the smoke shop in Washington. Employees are astoundingly friendly, and it seems like someone is always available to guide me. Awesome place.

They are always changing and evolving! Every time I come to St George, I always make time to stop at this store. I cannot express how thankful I am to the gentleman who helped me in the "Adult" room, my husband and I thank you. The professionalism and fun nature that all the staff have always showed me is beyond over the top. I always appreciate that every staff member I have encountered has tried to make me happy, so it confuses me when I read the bad reviews. Maybe it is because I was taught that you always get back what you give and these reviewers are probably just negative in general. Please don't let these few decide for you, go in and see for yourself. Amazing store! Amazing staff! Amazing products!

Rusty cuyler is a bully that has his or her own insecurities to shame on other people. Give a good reason for your hateful comment. If you dont have one mind your own business. Just wondering what truly made that experience bad .or you are just mean person cant even admit who you are.

Please read!!!! Never ever go to this buisness. Be aware that they sell broken products. Today at 10 am this morning I purchased a new smok tank for my vape. I primed it filled it and tried to use it only to see that my mod said I did not have a tank attached when it was. I called they said to change the coil out. So I did. Still did not work. Went into the store mind you all in the same day. They got it to work one time. I left the store to travel home because I live a hour away. I tried to use it and it still didn't work. I called them only to be told they would not refund the 40 dollars I paid nor would they exchange the tank. I did not want a refund i just wanted a working tank. So now I am left with a 40 dollar broken tank. I would not ever do business with them again. They lost my buisness for life. They also lost the business from every friend I have, my in laws, my husband, and hopefully anyone that reads this. Reply Not once was i offered by this company to make it right. Not once did they offer to exchange it. Not once did they offer a refund nor did I want one. I just wanted the product to work correctly. I also took the entire tank apart cleaned it put new gaskets on it another new coil put it back together and still doeant work...My last phone call i recorded from them stated nothing would be done. That i would have to deal with the company that makes them. No where in the conversation does it say they would help me, work with me, or make it right... Very poor customer service.

If those two fat chicks that look like twins are in there turn around. It’s a shame this is the only smoke shop in town anymore
