I absolutely love this place! Highly experienced group of ladies in an awesome spa like environment with great prices. I highly recommend Stephanie Johnson for hair or nails! She does an amazing job and has great energy.

Love these guys! Lindsay does my waxing, Erienne my hair, and Jan IPL. Everyone is patient and friendly and takes their time to make sure they meet your needs.

I have been getting facials for years and love my gal but, moving to Newberg and commuting to Portland for a facial has run its course or so I thought. Here is where Mode Du Jour comes in I had heard it was a great place so I decided to see for myself. One of the downfalls of this business is no front desk receptionist or scheduling online. I wanted to talk first to a consultant. I emailed the only way at this place initially. Lindsay Ramer didn’t return my email even after a week. So, I called and emailed again. Lindsay did email me and apologize and proceeded to tell me she has a first job and this is a second job. I am not sure I would say that it makes it like it’s not important or you are not important. So, Lindsay booked me I decided to give this a second shot maybe she would be great, customer oriented and I liked that she was local. Yesterday was my appointment or so I thought I waited three weeks and showed up 15 minutes early to be told its (documented in email) that Lindsay had not booked it on the schedule and had someone else in my time slot. Lindsay did come out and apologize but, I was done an apology after all this work and to not get my appointment. I called last night the owner and we played phone tag. It’s very disappointing that an owner wouldn’t want to talk to you and for her to say, we already apologized and we can’t meet your needs. I can’t believe the lack of professionalism and honestly, for Lindsay to say this is a second job. If you are a professional that shouldn’t play into it. I am sure this is a nice place but, I would never recommend this place based on the lack of detail or ownership. Mistakes were made but, they both made me feel like it was me that was out of line. I wanted to personally tell her my story but, after hearing Erienne the owner and not talking to me personally she said her words: I would recommend a wonderful place in Mcminnville, Spa Bliss. My sincerest apologies to you I remember situation with the email .. .. I just have to say that we are all independent contractors and we are a small business we help each other out as much as we can but we do not have a front desk receptionist and therefore when we work all day with our clients it sometimes takes us time to get back to our emails... What happened yesterday was a very unfortunate mistake but it was not on purpose. We have apologized, none of this was a on purpose or a “normal “ way of conducting our services. We understand that this is a crazy first and Second impression however we do have very full book of very satisfied customers. If you would like to give us a third try you are more than welcome to come in and do so otherwise I am afraid we have already apologized and maybe can’t meet your needs.

Love going to get my haircut their. The stylist remembers the shape of my head and gives me a perfect cut every time. It's the only place I will go!
