I tried to like the place but couldn’t first visit was nice and informative very welcoming not awkward at all and have a good selection of cbd products. They do have the edibles instore not able to purchase because of certain restrictions but your able to see what you like and just place your order through there website. Everything seems organized and cleaned. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Only problem I like is I wish there products would be a little better quality I’ve purchased 3 krypted carts yes they did warn me about it being leaky but that was the only issue they informed me about. The inside of the carts after heating and using a couple times the rusty red color on the insides starts to spread that does not seem safe or sanitary. I understand they have no control over that but if they know the product is defective and unsafe why continue to sell it and mis informer there customers. I also did get a fill on a cart which I like that they offer that. If your Interested in trying a flavor but not wanting to purchase a full bottle they fill your cart with the flavor and you can try it out. I was unpleased to know she charged me wrong and didn’t fill my cart correctly I got 75% full. If I’m paying the price and your saying you fill my cart please stick to your word and do the job right. Those are my main problems hopefully this helps them to not continue this. Won’t be coming back but thank you for your “service”

Friendly staff, be aware that some products (edibles) displayed in case are only available to order online due to FDA requirements. It's clearly posted on the case, though.

Nice people, worth getting off the freeway on the way to Ventura to go check out. Very knowledgeable about their products. Btw super cute puppy when I stopped in.
