Very cool place to get vape supplies 👌 I was from out.of state and required a bottle of juice and their selection was excellent and staff as well

I wish I could give 0 stars. So unimpressed with this place and we’ve been going here since it opened, spending hundreds of dollars. My girlfriend bought a new pen battery before we left for the holiday. Got home to use it and didn’t work. She called and left two voice mails as we were leaving for the week and knew it’d be past the 7 day return policy when we got back and they were closed for the night. No one called her back in those 8 days we were away. She went in the first day we got back (8th day). The manager told her “he can’t keep returning things because she’s unsatisfied.” She was unsatisfied because this was the 2nd pen she’s brought home and it’s malfunctioned!! Awful customer service. The nice thing is, they fully returned the second broken pen only to get home and the pen they so kindly gave for free. Again was broken. Battery won’t charge at all. Yes I have the right charger because they sold it to her when she bought the original pen. Highly suggest if you are using their products you do immediately outside their door and go back inside when you have issues, otherwise they are extremely rude.
