We had the best car-buying experience! The entire team made us feel welcome, comfortable and it was a very smooth process. Oliver Ortiz and Pablo Garcia were extremely professional and provided top class customer service to us. They were very knowledgeable and made the process fun and enjoyable. They answered every question I had, and i was able to get my dream car thanks to them. We live about an hour away from the dealership but Oliver and Pablo were recommended to us. The drive was totally worth it for this amazing experience!

The service team at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay always meets my expectations and this time they Exceeded my high expectation. Angel coordinated service for my vehicle that wouldn't start with Ruben's approval. The technician Lloyd was on time, communicated with me effectively, and provided the highest level of service and repaired my vehicle. They all went out of there way to accommodate my schedule and location over an hour drive away from the dealership. TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I will always recommend Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay for service and for purchasing a quality vehicle.

My Sales & Leasing Consultant, Ira Jones, was exceptional! Very professional from start to finish. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in detail and to my satisfaction. There were no high pressure tactics. I felt comfortable moving through the process at my own pace. The showroom was beautiful. Very friendly staff. The credit application was short and streamlined. Paperwork was explained to me in detail and easy to navigate with use of mostly electronic signatures. I am extremely happy with the quality and condition of my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Ira Jones and Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay to my family, friends or anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

The service department at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay is exceptional. I have been there many times and never has there been any service that is less that excellent. Charlie Rodriguez is always on top of everything. He is extremely professional and dedicated. If I had to rate him it would be 5 Plus. I thank you Charlie for all of your help always.

I am a faithful loyal customer of David Appleton and Herbert Kanzki in the Service Department. Mr. Appleton is as good as it gets with management and leadership styles. Herbert is top of the line Service Advisor. I am not willing to trade them for anything in the world. I like the fact that Mr. Appleton displays humility by making himself available to speak with customers. Herbert treats you as if you are the only person present and important to him. He explain things in a way that you can understand, he keeps you updated, and the best ever person who provides a loaner. I truly enjoy the service. I will keep driving Benz so as to keep my Service Advisor. Kudos for a job well done! Nell
