My service representative was a man named Donny. He was exceptional in all aspects. Professional, informative and knowledgable. He did his utmost best in a warm and personal way to make sure I was in and out of there as fast and as comfortably as possible. Mercedes Benz in Coral Gables does business the way it should be done. The old fashioned way. They make you feel like the customer is the most important one in the room! If you need to buy a Mercedes or already have one and need service, you won't find a better place to go than Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables.

Aldo Guerra is always beyond professional and exceptional with his service and dedication to his customers. No matter the time of the day, the day of the week Aldo is always there to help, serve and always manage to service us beyond our expectations, for that I am grateful to have joined the Coral Gables Mercedes Benz family. This was the first service for my car. I must say that I am truly impressed. I was expecting good service but this was beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted outside by a valet, who reminded me to get my remote (very helpful) and he was very patient while I gathered the things I needed. My service advisor, Dave Gusset, was extremely thorough and helpful. My loaner was a beautiful, clean C 200, this was not done directly with Mercedes Benz, not through a rental car company, so it was very easy. I was sent a message, which I was able to respond to, so no waiting on a call for a service attendant to get on the phone (they’re usually busy with customers). I was informed by that service as soon as my car was ready and when the service attendant, Sandy, was on his way with my car. Just so very nice and simple. And to put the cherry on top, my car was completely washed and delivered to my house and Sandy took the loaner back. Just an overall amazing experience. Thank you Dave and all Mercedes employees for this!

Satisfying! every time I go to Mercedes-Benz Coral Gables I experience exceptional service... they always make sure all is taken care for me and detail oriented. Jose is my specialist and he always provide A+ attention...Very Happy customer :)

Guillermo, my Adviser always goes over and above to meet my needs. Very enthusiastic and dedicated. He makes the entire experience of having my car serviced, seamless. Of note, today the car was exceptionally cleaner than any previous pick up.
