I struggled with adult acne and digestive issues. Dr. Sullivan’s advice has changed my life. Changing my diet and taking a few prescribed supplements has cleared up ALL of my acne in 3 months. I feel much more confident! I no longer have the digestive issues, either. She’s great and really listened to me and responded to my needs without judgement. I can’t reccomend her enough!

Dr. Sullivan was very knowledgeable about many issues. She was very helpful and was able to offer suggestions to help my child. I was impressed by her level of professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend.

I have had digestive issues since I was a small child. I lived on Maalox and Prilosec for years. After consulting with Dr. Sullivan, we determined it was angry gut syndrome. With some diet modifications and a supplement, my angry gut is now happy. I enjoyed the personal interaction and felt like I was involved in my health improvement. Highly recommend.

While most people are waiting around for healthcare reform to happen in DC, I attest it is happening in corners of the community and cozy patient-centered offices like this one. I can't recommend Dr. Sullivan and her consultative, holistically thorough approach, enough! Her credibility and integrity is backed by a four-year naturopathic medical education that is un-matched in our area. It turns out she is actually one of only four credentialed naturopathic physicians in the whole state of Tennessee and we lucked out to get her here in Memphis! Hip Hip Hooray -- seriously! As a patient that like many, is exhausted from a history of symptom management and seeing doctor after doctor and specialist after specialist-- I am thrilled to have access to this philosophy of care and systemic healing approach. I would encourage you not to seek care with Dr. Sullivan if you enjoy long waits to be seen, rushed and inconclusive appointments and masking symptoms ;) Under her consultation, you will learn how to heal the root cause of your symptoms in a comfortable, patient and thorough appointment environment. You will learn to play an active and empowered role in your own healing from conditions you've likely been told to be a life-long sentence. After my first appointment ( which lasted 1.5 hours!) I walked away with practical applications to promote healing from my symptoms. She is genuine, caring, funny and practical in her recommendations and approach. Did I mention I had the whole pretty and tranquil office to myself and had her complete attention during my entire visit? #healthcarereform If you are serious about your health and living in your best body, I highly recommend an appointment at Memphis Natural Health. I am so excited for our community and of course for myself to have Dr. Sullivan here in Memphis!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
