Dr Ellis and Sarah friendly and efficient. Good information

Review by Ripple LLC

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Dr. ELLIS was rude, judgmental, condescending. She cannabis shamed me on my voicemail. I don't think she understands cannabis therapy. First thing she asked me where I was purchasing my medication. When I answered her she had a caniption. When I asked what the problem was , she said they turn people into potheads. I'm sure TRULIEVE's legal team might take offense to Dr. Ellis' s soliciting for or against a separate business entity. I would suggest avoiding Ellis like the plague. I am surprised MMTC still retains her services. I sent 7 months ago and dealt with her ignorance because I was new to town and just picked her. Now, today, I went for my renewal, she said the same ignorant reteric used in anti cannabis propaganda like Reefer Madness. I feel bad for her patients and the self loathing this doctor puts on them for using a medical product. She stated heavy users of "POT" are in the emergency wards everyday and they can't stop vomiting. I guess it a thing, she is a doctor. I'm not sure why she is working for MMTC it's clear she has some great hesitations against cannabis. So, lastly she threatened to make sure I don't receive any medical marijuana. That I believe is against the law. I hope administration for MMTC reads this.

Like the new place much better. It feels more like Dr office. The Dr answered all our questions and the assistant was very helpful and nice. The new place needs better signs. It's way to hard to find.

The doctor and front office staff were professional and friendly. The doctor answered all my questions and made some recommendations that were helpful. MMTC’s new office is comfortable, clean and easy to find. I will definitely go back!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
