Very disappointing experience - I sent a good friend of mine in specifically for the first time patient discount and they failed to acknowledge it. She walked out paying full price as it was her second ever dispensary visit. When products are this expensive and individuals purchasing are on fixed incomes, these kinds of oversights can have catastrophic effects on people’s well being. Thank you for offering the discount but it would be better if you didn’t offer it at all if you can’t find ways to achieve continuity - not to mention the damage in patient confidence in recommending the dispensary. Losing two customers in one shot is pretty incredible.

I tried to call them and left a message twice and was told via a recording I would be contacted within 48 hours both times. A week goes by and nothing. I try using the chat on their website, which is really just a contact form, and was able to finally get somebody to call me. I heard the girl on the phone say "Hello", "Hellllooo?" and then hangup, I responded both times. I immediately get an email back stating that I wasn't on the line and to call their office, in which I did and I got the message service again. At this point, I officially threw in the towel on Liberty Health Sciences. There are so many other Medical Marijuana Dispensaries available in the area that there is no reason to use Liberty Health Sciences. They treat you like your old dealer in high school did, impossible to get a hold of and you can't depend on them. If you think you have to use them because they're the only ones that provide a cartridge for the PAX era pod, think again. Those pods are easily refillable and will save you about $15 per cartridge.

They take you in a separate room away from the products to consult you. Its a little silly. Their concentrates are few and nowhere near as strong as their local competitors. And of course they are over priced. The people there are very nice but, thats really all i can say about this place. This would be my last choice.

Super knowledgeable staff, so kind, best oils, the only place to get Mary's Medicinals, love my pax and cannot wait for the flower to drop. Yeeba!
