Dr Flores is amazing! Wonderful, warm staff. They were so helpful, patient and kind with my toddler. Got her the help she needed after a quick on-site test and xray. 2 year old left with a lollipop from a nurse and a dollar bill for ice cream from the doc (& 2 prescriptions). Highly recommend.

The doctor and medical staff do a great job, but I give this place 1 star for two reasons: 1) incompetent front desk personnel who are unable to collect patient data correctly and 2) incompetent billing department that continues to bill the wrong insurance policy! Even though we come to this place (almost) every couple of months, on June 2018 they sent a $95 bill to an address where I lived 5 years ago and they charged a very old insurance policy. The bill is now in collections and there is a negative mark on my credit report. I had no idea of this bill until I checked my credit report and this showed up on there! I wasn't even told about this outstanding bill by the front desk staff (it is not an excuse to say that the front desk staff don't know about this). Now I need to waste time and effort fixing this issue in my credit report. Horrible, terrible experience with these people, they need to get their billing process in order!

If you have a PPO medstat will only see you if you sign a blanket agreement for your card to be charged $250 without a bill being given first. When I questioned it they said they would authorize my card for the $250 and email me if they charged me. I have insurance that they verified right then. When I took my daughter a month ago they did not have this form BUT had written what kind of insurance we have on her medical history form. When I questioned why that info was put on the drs papers they refused to answer leading me to believe that were milking insurance plans.

We love it when Dr. Flores is there. We come here just for him. But experiences with other doctors aren't as hands on, and you have to fight for what you want.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
