Everyone at McGovern Subaru was wonderful to deal with! My salesman Joel made me feel welcome and was very fair, helpful & knowledgeable. The finance manager had all the paperwork ready, and my shiny new car was waiting for me on the agreed upon pick-up day. This was my second Subaru Impreza purchased at McGovern Subaru and they once again exceeded my expectation. Outstanding service!

Unfortunately, this dealership was the hardest to corral during the car buying process. Between them, the bank, the insurance company, and the DMV, they were the entity slowing the operation down. Nice enough people and good price, but made the process frustrating and more time consuming and didn't have their ducks in a row. I expected a car dealership to master the dealing of cars, I expected too much. They were ill-equipped to handle my Massachusetts residency as well which I didn't expect, as North Hampton is on the border.

The most poor customer service I have ever dealt with. I have had a continuous problem with a warning on my car that I was assured would be handled "with no problems" as they shook my hand and smiled on my way out the door. I'm now on trip number three for a sensor warning which the service department at the dealership wasn't capable of handling. After they took full advantage of me they washed their hands of me and in lieu of naming names, my review is take your business elsewhere where you are appreciated and your time and money are being handled by capable employees.
