This is the only reasonable fast food place in this town. Not sure what all the complaints are about. Staff is always polite. The person taking your order is not intentionally slowing down the line or your order. Been here hundreds of times. It does get busy during peak hours. Food is fine. Getting out of the parking lot is a challenge for the weak. So don't hold everyone else back. When the stop light up the hill changes, it's your opportunity to go out of the parking lot. There is a side exit. But it's not really easier to use.

The experience overall was good. For it to be so busy the wait was short. The staff was friendly as well. My only disappointment was that I order a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and got one with a slice of cheese on both sides of the sausage and no egg.

Orders are usually correct; most staff is good natured; Play place has been in need of light repairs or replacements- I understand they are up high but its been a while and this could be a safety concern when it gets dark early during the winter. Certain employees keep the area clean, seems like when they aren't working it can be/ is a mess in there to the point I've cleaned up trash off the floor myself and want to bring my own broom

Has indoor kid land that the kids love. Today was not very clean inside. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned. Floor was quite dirty upon entry, but everything else seem to br in order. Food order was special, but came quickly.

I come every day and get a large hot caramel macchiato. Today I was given a medium. When I said that I asked for a large the man carried it back in and immediately came back out with a large. I was grateful. Until I took a sip and it tasted like black coffee. I’ll be supporting the local coffee shop from now on. Pretty pathetic when you can’t get a basic menu item ordered correctly.
