Every time without fail this specific McDonald’s will mess up your order. We’ve called and complained and even on a replacement order they still mess it up. Food is often not fresh and the service is frequently poor. If you request sauces, definitely check because I can almost guarantee it won’t be in your bag even when you verbally verify before driving away. I would highly recommend hitting up another McDonald’s because this one doesn’t have quality control.

This is not a model McDonald's. It's nice to see them renovating the building. The new design looks good. But the bigger problem is what's happening with the people. Yes, it's hard to hire hourly help in Bee Cave, but other businesses seem to be finding folks that are friendly and helpful. The service is slow and the employees seem upset when you ask for things like ketchup and other things you may want with your meal. Hope they find a way of recruiting and training better talent.

The staff is working their tails off trying to help everyone during a busy time. At the same time, they're maintaining a pleasant demeanor towards people giving then attitude for not being helped right away. Keep up the good work.

They constantly close early without any notice. Their sign at location list open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday yet they have closed at 11pm 5 times over the last 3 months without notice. The employees inside act as if they do not see the line of cars in the drive though and avoid eye contact if anyone pulls up and sits at the window to inquire. They do not answer those phones when they “close” early. They simply take the phone off the hook so that a busy signal is heard when called. Very unprofessional
