This place will wind up killing you by accident. I will never ever set foot in there again. No accountability, no patient activate will ever call you back. Nor will your Doctor. Results on MRIs are forgotten. Oh call you a week or 2 later might be even not great news...but forgot to call right away. No doctors on weekends....its a horrible horrible place. Ill pay more and live longer. They should get a ZERO for review. Disgusting!!

The people routing the calls are very rude when you call. They try to rush an answer out of you rather than take the time to let you speak and sound aggravated most of the time like they don't even want to talk to you. So whoever is taking the calls change your pathetic customer service attitude you're making Maui Medical Group look bad!

My primary care physician could not be better! He has been absolutely perfect with diagnosis, his changes in my diabetes protocol have brought my numbers down in two months plus my blood pressure is normal and I have eliminated medication that I no longer need. He takes the time to listen as well explain any findings and recommendations I am very pleased with all the services at this clinic from X-ray to lab with very nice staff on the front desk as well as in the back. I am so glad I am able to be treated at this clinic

The doctors and nurses are VERY professional. My husband and I have been going to Dr Johnsen for 8 years. We have always had excellent care by him and his staff. I am giving it 4 stars because the phone system is difficult.

Friendly medical staff and Doctor, waiting is 4 stars , facilities are getting old but more likely they are dedicated people and to serving the priority mean goals .
