BEWARE OF FRAUD AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Class action lawsuit/Small claims coming soon!! They stole $1400.00 of our money. Management in Store (Terri), Corporate (Michelle-District Manager) and several other names Doug, Bradly, etc recorded from other locations were supposably dealing with our situation and have done absolutely nothing. The absolute worst!! Won’t return calls or messages. When we were able to speak with someone we’d be put on hold forever ....no one would ever pick back up and they are extremely rude and unapologetic for anything. Worst customer service ever!! Completely unprofessional!! I found out at another location that Laguna Beach location canceled my membership without me even knowing. And ALL of my history was erased from the system. Lots of shady stuff going on. Make sure you are checking your bank statements monthly and getting print outs from them of your services monthly. They ask for a card to keep on file and keep all cards that you are using to pay for services on file. We’ve been dealing with them for over 8 months and are fed up. Still haven’t heard from Corporate, Owner, ETC. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT/SMALL CLAIMS COMING SOON!!!

They are reasonably priced compared to the fancy, big name spas. They have a range of therapists, sometimes it takes a few visits to find the best therapist to fit your needs. Their memberships provide a good value for those of us who need a massage at least once a month.

My massage therapist was one of the best ever. I may travel from Las Vegas just to see him

If I was able to leave a Zero star rating...I would. Due to the "Class Action Lawsuit" against Massage Envy for deleting accrued massages that we PAID for...we cancelled our "membership", but they offered for us to still use our accrued massages as a settlement. Once my wife started using the already paid for massages...the manager said that we would have to put a credit card on file just to keep our file open and "NOTHING WOULD EVER BE CHARGED"....We just noticed that they started charging for a monthly membership fee the last 4 months....and now arguing with them to refund our money and still keep our massages!! They still haven't returned multiple phone calls! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! As a resident of Laguna Beach....this business doesn't deserve to belong in Laguna!!

Not fancy but you can find a masseuse that is good and with a plan pay reasonable rates.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
