This was my first time at ME. Had a great massage with Toni. However, when I was checking out, I felt like I was at a rental car company getting pressured into buying rental insurance! It ruined the experience of the massage! Even after i told the lady at least twice that I lived on another island and was only on Oahu three or four times a year, she continued to try to sell some package deal. I finally had to be quite blunt and say, please just let me pay for my session and leave. I will not go back.

Chinami is so awesome! She is very nice and professional. She did an excellent job and made me feel so comfortable during mt first experience with MassageEnvy! I signed up to become a member and am so stoked to go and use my coupon book for treatments and other goodies and to get in on my first free monthly service!! LOVE IT!! The massages are always good, but this place is becoming more and more of a bait and switch. They always have some new gimmick to sell you on. If a friend gifts you an hour, know that you will have to suffer through their sales pitch and tell them no over and over. It's really not worth it for me anymore. They seem more interested in their customers' money than their customers' health.
