Amazing customer service, the ladies at the front desk were so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me customize my massage and brought me water. My massage therapist, Melanie was amazing too. She really tailored my experience to what I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend!

Today was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced when getting a massage. The skill set of this therapist was was horrible for me as a guest but she had to know she was not performing a skilled and adequate massage. I asked to omit legs and focus on head, neck and sinuses. She did not do arms at all- just her omission not my request and the sinuses consisted of pushing around on my cranial area and messing up my hair. She repeatedly used her elbow without first massaging the area to even see if there were any knots needing worked out (which there were not!) She was beyond horrible! I’ve used Massage Envy in KY, NM, OH and now the DMV area. Today this was the WORST! I could not wait for the completion. I can’t imagine this person did a return demo with a preceptor before they hired her-she has to be new. I cannot even believe she could have graduated from a program with his random and ineffectively she performed!

Virginia gets top marks for massage. Not easy to schedule unless you plan ahead but well worth the time to plan.

Virginia is the best! I book every massage with her! The front desk staff is always polite regardless of who is working, most of them know me by first name and I have only gone for a few months! This is my favorite Massage Envy location and they make me feel like family.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
