I will never be returning here or to any massage envy for that matter... I had a gift card for a couples massage. After our couples massage, i handed them the gift card and they told me there was no balance on the card but i couldn’t leave without giving them money. I contacted an assistant manager at another location to help assist and they didn’t know what they were doing so i had to use my card! After a week or so, they called to apologize because there was a balance on the gift card... i did get my money back but the customer service between the manager at this location and the corporate woman i spoke over that phone it was an absolute horrible experience.

I used to work here and they are super shady. Front desk is paid depending on how many memberships they sell so they will try to sell them to you no matter what. They lie to the guests and the employees regularly. The therapists are amazing but management is corrupt. The front desk is constantly new because everyone keeps leaving due to the bad management.

I was given a gift card by my boyfriend who was only trying to help me after a stressful few months. What was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable turned into a nightmare. They pester you and basically steal your money. They refuse to be understanding and really don’t care about anything besides being able to fester as much money out of you as possibly. I wouldn’t ever come here again. I recommend you look into what you’re doing before hand. I was pressured into signing a contract, unknowing of the fact they take nearly 70$ a month from you for a message. When I tried to get this squared away they just kept saying oops sorry can’t help you. So when my card declined that’s when they wanted to listen. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. DONT COME HERE

Simply put: good massage, terrible service. Don't recommend. I received a gift card for Christmas in 2016 and decided to finally use it for a massage on May 5th of this year. After a really relaxing massage with Ani, I went out to pay and was told there was "no record" of the gift card. After some digging the manager was able to find out that somebody had put a May 2017 expiration date on the card (which, to be clear, was less than 6 months after it was purchased and was not stated anywhere on the gift card). The staff agreed it shouldn't have an expiration date and said they would reach out to the corporate offices to reactivate the card and get back to me Monday, but I had to leave the gift card (which had well over the cost of the massage and tip on it). It seemed like an easy fix to me, but it's now been 20 days since the visit and this issue still has yet to be resolved. I've called three times, and each time they give me a new date I should expect to hear from them. Three times that date has come and gone, and not once have they reached out to me to resolve the issue or give an update. Seeing as they are holding onto my form of payment, I've just been incredibly disappointed at their lack of initiative or speed at resolving this issue. My advice to anyone wanting to get a massage here with a gift card or who wants to buy a gift card: always check the expiration date before you buy! You will be saving yourself loads of trouble. I definitely won't be returning, which is unfortunate because, like I said, my masseuse did a great job.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
