Cecily and Alex were both amazing helpers on giving information about services, they were very polite and generous, very clean and organized office, quick and easy service and appointment. Receptionist both very kind and very helpful, I would come again just because of the polite services given. Better than most places I've been too. Ill give 5 stars today and every other day. Very impressed on how clean the office was. Also very impressed on kindness given. Very well experienced.

The individuals in the office were pleasant. The doctor himself didn’t even look at my medical records, which I found a bit odd. But that should have been a good indication for how the rest of the service would play out. Once I was finished seeing the doctor, I asked one of the individuals at the front desk when my order would be ready. She stated with confidence, “You could go in the next hour, and it will be ready.” Seven hours later, I drove over a hour to a dispensary. After checking in, the front desk at the dispensary said there was no order pending for me. I called customer service to figure out what was going on. After speaking to 3 separate individuals who all told me, “I’m not sure what’s wrong, I will escalate your order and it should be resolved in 10 minutes. I’ll call you back”, they never called me back and I had to call back numerous time just for them to conclude - I don’t know what’s wrong. This was over the course of a hour. I asked for a refund. Hopefully, my money returns to my account. If it doesn’t, that’s the price I’ll pay for not following my gut. Not sure where positive reviews came from. Could possibly be from over-use of medication.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
