Great customer service. A good selection of products, including creams, CBDs, transdermal patches, edibles, and so on, as well as knowledgeable staff that take the time needed to answer any questions. They appear progressive , making changes based on. Customer needs and communications. They also have giveaways such as tee shirts, samples, and coupons.

Was told by staff to not send in my application for three weeks after the Dr signature (Dr signature expires after one month so I sent off myself). Then during my first trip to the store, I brought in Drizzledab products and a broken vape unit and explained I would be making my own cartridges and needed a vape battery as well as reusable cartridges. I was sold a product with no cartridges included, not even one, and none sold at the store..... With full knowledge this is my only way of medicating and I only possessed a broken unit. I was given primarily hybrid products when I requested specifically for indica. I was not given the receipt for the Palm battery, which means it does not have a valid warranty which I explained with the broken vape pen in the consultation that a warranty was so vital for my purchase. I dropped over $220 on my first visit and was given a preroll that was loose and had a massive filter and tasted horrible (I refuse to smoke more than two puffs)! When I called to share my experience and request my receipt, a legible receipt was not emailed to me, so I requested it be mailed to me, which I am still waiting for, over a week later.

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this.
