Hard to tell how good of an M.D. she is with only a few visits, she works quickly, explains things to patients but can come off as rude or abrasive to some. I have seen both sides of the office staff, when they are very nice and when they are having a bad day, only gripe is that I've had to follow up multiple times for a document that was supposed to arrive within 4 days but took 4 weeks. EDIT: Reply to your reply Dr. Major. Perhaps I had misconstrued my review. My visit and interactions with the office and staff were very pleasant and I was in no way trying to relay that I was upset or complaining about that. The negative angle in my review was in fact directed towards the documents with that state, I know you have no control over that. My frustration was with the state of CT departments and not your office or you at all. I apologize for the confusion, and its great to see that you actually take into acount and care about the reviews posted, this is the first time I have seen a physician do that and I commend you for that. For anyone reading these reviews that part alone should speak to her character and what a wonderful Doctor she is! I A+. Fully recommend Dr. Major.
