Unfortunately Lowes is the only store in our city of it's kind. If there were others I'd gladly shop elsewhere. Staff is ill trained, (if at all. One clerk suggested I buy service & maintenance warranties but couldn't specify what was covered. Then charged me three separate assembly fees for items that were in boxes. Management reimbursed me but how many people honestly check there receipt? Maybe it's the register automatically doing it. But it's theft nonetheless.) I've had experiences where appliances are used, (right out of the box.. now how's that possible coming from the warehouse????) No one is on the same wave length, and customers obviously don't mean much. Sad. Just bad experiences firsthand as well as many others I know. Keep your eyes open and have patience, you're going to need some.

Made a great deal on an outdoor grill! Even greater with our veterans discount. This Lowe's is very nice! They love serving the veterans.

My partner works here he is over the hardware dept and they to are a friendly environment and great prices on any home repair or remodeling or decor you need. Shop your closets Lowes Home Improvement Store and Go to Hardware and great that Crew They are some awesome women and men.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. One employee walked with me across the store, to find the exact item that I needed. And then he described the various options they offered. The cashier was friendly prompt and accurate.
