What an amazing group of women working on 4/1/19 closing time. I thought they would close at 10pm but I was wrong! 9pm it was I drove 4 hours and luckily it was to this store because when I called to explain the lapse of attention to detail- they completely understood. In Kansas City Lowe’s is opened until 10pm, never knew some closed at 9pm. So they decided to wait the additional few minutes for me to arrive! I greatly appreciate what these ladies did for me as it restored my faith with Lowe’s!

5 stars for a place that did not have what I needed? They looked online for it, recommended a different store, talked with me about my project as they really cared. Very friendly and I believe they would have made the item if they could have for me. I was looking for a hand crank drill. Sounds crazy with all of the electric ones; but I took a one in a million chance to fine a new (old style) one. I have all the electric power tools. Great job team.

Gerald K. was most helpful today in helping us find the right ceiling fan with light. He also helped us locate the correct remote to go with the fan. We purchased both! Gerald K. came by again to ask if we needed anything further when we were still looking at all the lights! Really nice guy and most helpful! Thanks, DG

I purchase a lot of materials from this store. I can't recommend Lowe's for carpet sales and installation at all. I had an estimator from Lowe's measure carpet at my house, I ordered the exact measurement that the Lowe's estimator recommended, the carpet arrived at the store short of the measurement. Lowe's wouldn't fix the problem and let me purchase extra carpet for install. They told me to create a new order of which I did. When the carpet arrived in the store, they wanted to charge for the install since the discrepancy was a small amount of carpet. I will never hire Lowe's for any installs in the future. That was a disaster!!!!! And, the whole process took 2 1/2 months from start to finish. Lowe's originally told me 3 weeks. I believe I will take my business to Menard's and Home Depot.

I could spend hours here unless it's rained previously. Then I can't bc isles are blocked off with standing water and buckets. It's a home improvement store, it needs improved.
