Based on my experience, this specific Lowe's location needs some improvement regarding employee development. (Teach employees how to build rapport with their customers.) That being said, I do appreciate Paul who is the store manager. Paul is easy to approach, gives eye contact during conversation, and he shakes your hand after the conversation. When you visit this store, ask for Paul.

Great for plants from spring to fall. They always have a experienced person to answer questions. Sometimes hard to find help inside though. But once you do the experience of the workers is really good. It's close and open until 9pm which makes it great for things that need to be fixed right away. We've bought both our washer and dryer from them. You're also able to go in and find some great deals on appliances that are either open box and such. So make sure to go in and look at the appliance items that are specially marked. You can get up to a 75% saving if you check there first.

This particular Lowe's is probably the best store of it's kind that I've visited. The first time was right after it opened, great then and now it even stills smells new. The employees are great and very helpful.

I've been to this Lowe's and a few others in the Bay Area. It doesn't matter which store I was in, the staff has been courteous and helpful. They never fail to ask me if I need help with anything. So different than my experiences with other big box home stores.
