Ms. Shirley was incredibly helpful. I came in at 645 am looking for a over the range white microwave. In a hurry because we had potential buyers doing a walk through on my new listing. She engaged me and asked if I needed anything, it wasn't even her department and she jumped right in to get me on my way with new microwave. The house is under contract and we were successful in our presentation to the soon to be owners. Thank you Ms. Shirley...great job!

Went to shop for washer and dryer. Kinda a small selection. Researched online and the one I liked was not on the floor to check out. Spent about 20 min in this area and didn't see an associate to ask any questions.

This place was so packed on Saturday April 13th 2019, I think it was because it was supposed to rain on Sunday and people were trying to get their grass seeds their grass fertilizer there flowers in the ground. One of their workers was outside and was so nice he offered to put my grass seeds in my truck for me I was so happy because those bags were so heavy and I don't have a lot of upper-body strength. This is a nice Lowe's, located across from SunTrust Bank, Longhorn, across from RaceTrac and Star Bucks all in the intersection of Creek Parkway

This location is nice, the store is very clean and organized. The hard part is trying to find someone to help you when you need it and when you do find someone, it almost seems like you are bothering them.

The Lowes at Camp Creek has BIG problems with customer service at both the Service Desk AND the Online Order Pickup area. NEVER enough personnel and a casual relationship with the reality of the customer's need for quick and accurate order-filling are their SOP. I've given them numerous chances to fix this very vexing problem, giving feedback in person, reviews and phone calls to "management" on-duty but it seems this store is unable or unwilling to make the changes needed. The execution of online ordering and "convenient" pick up is NOT happening at Lowes. Too bad, because this is sorely needed in this industry.
