LivWell really screwed us loyal RIPE customers, real good like. Most of us shopped at RIPE since opening day and spent a lot of cash there. If it wasn't for us, you all would of never been able to sell and allow a franchise in. Franchises suck, especially in the cannabis industry. No selection anymore. Some of the best concentrates in Southern Colorado disappeared on my to be replaced by trash like Craft and others. Typical lies about what remains and what goes. And the point system sucks. I was lucky enough to see the writing on the board and get my RIPE points before LivWell took over and did receive a discount on first week of opening but after that, every time ordered online, I'd arrive to find those products no longer in stock? No warning or email to let me know and no deal upon learning products were gone? No response back like when RIPE was running the show. Big let down. Great crew still.

I was recently here and the staff and company are amazing. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Rachel and Megan were very helpful with all questions and making sure we were takin care of. I will definitely be back!!! Edit: since they have changed to Liv well and prices have gone up, while friendliness and customer service has gone down... I'm sorry to say that I will be looking for other places to go now.

My husband and I had only been into the ripe a few times but when we heard it had changed we decided to check live well out. I am so glad we did!! The staff is Awesome!! Erin our bud tender took great care of us. All these guy's really go above and beyond. The quality of the bud is top notch. It's not dry and it's cured really well. My husband is a disabled vet and gets really bad anxiety from high sativa and they put it in his profile so they already know not to suggest something that will give hi. A panic attack. And they give a discount for him being a vet. I will be a loyal customer from here on out

Ripe deserves the 5. (For Livwell, utter failure)I've waited 50 min to purchase a single edible bottle. The flower lost a lot of that quality look it had. I was forgotten about in the line that only had 2 people waiting who was also visibly upset. It lost a lot of that good outgoing vibe Ripe Dispensary had.

I can't say enough about Ripe! Huge selection, great prices. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. The quality is excellent, and being able to order online is exquisite! Getting ready to go there now... Sue was a great help today.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
