There were very few licensed physicians in my county for medical marijuana; therefore, I found the location for Liberate Physician Centers. I will tell you the prices are the best I was able to find. Melissa, who seems to "run the show," is exceptional with her knowledge. The process was simple. I brought my own medical records for my diagnosis, but they weren't current enough. Melissa got the official records from my previous doctor and I was approved for treatment. The initial appointment with the doctor was very informative and the entire process was surprisingly quick (due to Melissa's proficiency). I have seen the same doctor for my last (at least) three visits. She is dedicated to helping patients through the use of medical marijuana. She jumps through all the hoops required of a Medical Marijuana Doctor, whereas many doctors have left. She is also a wealth of knowledge and I completely trust her recommendations and guidance. You I would highly recommend Liberate Physicians in Orange Park. I live in St Augustine and it is worth the short drive.
Hello all. I’ve been seen here for over one year. Everyone here has been more than considerate and kind. I can assure you that you will never be treated as a “number”. Dr. Mitchell always has my very best wellness in her hands as do the others. I send my well~wishes to everyone, and I give many thanks to those who have greatly helped me.
Dr. Mitchell and staff are amazing. It is such a happy and relaxing atmosphere. They make it easy and comfortable during the whole process, by helping me get my card and records from my doctor and it has brought me such great relief.
Professional took time with me. Answered all my questions. Dr is awesome. She even have me a heart felt hug. Love this place@
My first step into the legal side of marijuana, I had issues that allowed my eligibility for medical marijuana. It's a small place, few employees, but they're THE BEST if you have any questions or simply need your MM state permit. First of all they're extremely nice, professional yet personable. Bring your smartphone and they may even register you if it's not too busy, or you can wait till you get home and use your pc. I highly recommend Liberate. The name says it all.

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.
At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.
In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
