Please do not waste your time as they don't even care about your money here at level up. I was there on Saturday night as first-time patient and the reception lady looking like a man with the short hair had a meltdown because I was first time patient and I did not realize they were about to close. As there were three ladies that walked in after me. When I asked to fill out paperwork she decided to check the other ladies in so I sat down waiting for the receptionist 2 log me in waited about 6 minutes then she gave me the paperwork to fill out. I had asked her that's why I asked when I came in to fill out the paperwork as I knew I had to for first-time patient. rudely she replied do you want to leave like three times. I replied are you kicking me out?! and then she went off on me while the security just stood looking at us doing nothing. Then I just stayed quiet thinking of what I did wrong. So she let me in after checking me in. Then when I got to the back I guess they had heard the commotion and attending me super quick. Still shaking from that encounter I had to speak to the manager. They definitely apologized but the damage was done. I will never go back to level up again because of this incident. Unless they fire the lady looking like a man. So if level up reads this reply to let me know so I could go back without seeing her again. Thank you

I used to really like this place but since med men bought them out, it's really gone downhill. The last few times I've been, it's been super dead...even the shelves and cases look emptier. The flower is pre packaged and poorer quality - I got a gram of High Grade orange cake that was so dry and crumbly. Smaller selection. The whole vibe is off.

I have been coming here for the last 3 years. The best service, best staff, best product. You can go to other places and buy top tier and that will be level up lower tiers. They truly live up to there name. Brad the store manager is great!!!! There selection is huge! They are K.I.N.D by the way, that means they make all K.I.N.D products. They always take time to connect with the patient and make sure they get what they truly need. I will go here and only here! If you have not tried this place you are truly missing out my friend!!

Got my card originally here, a daily customer, and patient for life. They got taken over by new management (Med Men)now everyone i knew that came here regularly won't come back because they cut all deals. This place was a 5 star now its a sh**hole with products very disappointing.

Medmen bought this place and messed up a good thing. This WAS my spot! But now Their set up is worse and the employees attitudes seemed to have changed. Not bad attitude but less cool, I guess when you get a new boss you got to be on your toes. This will be my last time here.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
