Thank you Dr. Frank and staff. I have my life back! After trying other options such as 15 weeks of PT (3x a wk), acupuncture, massage & swim therapy with no improvements I went for a consultation with Dr. Frank and he was confident the spinal decompression treatments would help my three herniated discs and sciatic nerve pain. I followed the plan he put in place including the stretching & strength exercises, I'm finally feeling normal again. Very glad that I went this route before having any spinal injections or surgery.

With Dr. Frank's upper vertebra adjustments he has helped my husband deal with his crohn's disease, helped me with back issues from having three children and my son allergies. He has always promoted adjusting your back before any type of surgery or invasive treatment. For people that like a more gradual approach and self healing they need to see Dr. Frank before considering more aggressive treatment.

This experience was an absolute SCAM! Total sales pitch. First thing he says is i will need surgery without doing an xrays or anything. It was all done in his office rather than an actual consultation room and he spent more time covering the payment plans.

Robin C The summer of 2016 I was riding my bicycle. I noticed 3 deer in a field. As I was looking at them my bicycle drifted to the right side of the pavement and into a soft and sandy area. I lost control of the bicycle. As I fell my right elbow hit the right end of the handlebar. An x-ray showed that there are foreign objects in my right elbow, where it bends. Going on vacation a few weeks later my elbow locked up about 90 degrees, as I was traveling to Ala. Upon seeing a Dr. in Ala. I was advised to see an orthopedic surgeon. I decided I would wait until I got back to Mi. After seeing a surgeon, I decided not to have surgery. A friend recommended that I check on K-Laser procedure at Lake Orion Chiropractic. Dr. Frank Iulianelli went over the procedure with me. I decided to have the K-Laser treatment on my right .elbow. The second treatment, same area. By the end of the week, I couldn't believe the pain relief I got and I could straighten out my arm to about 120 degrees, with a bit of discomfort. After more treatments I got my arm back to about 160-170 degrees. This I can live with, no pain and no surgery I am satisfied. Thank you Dr. Frank I really appreciate the time and effort that you put into my elbow. I also want to extend a thank you to the office staff as they are efficient, courteous and friendly.

This experience was absolutely awful! Total sales pitch. I was two minutes into my "consultation" when the doctor started going over pricing with me. He didn't even look at me or do any sort of evaluation. It was all done in his office rather than an actual consultation room. He tried to scare me with taunts of surgery if we didn't go through the procedure he had in place at the office. More time was spent covering payment methods than what the decompression therapy would actually do. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs and finding a real chiropractor, not just a snake oil salesmen.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
