I like Knox dispensary. I enjoy their products and I rated Knox above other dispensary in Orlando. Knox has been out of their main products more then they have had it in stock. Other dispensary offer more discounts on a regular basis saving the consumers a lot of money.

Knox what's going on with your supply & customer service? It has gone down significantly. The at home delivery service customer service is terrible, I tried to place an order for delivery place on hold forever twice nobody came back on the phone to take my order. Last month went to the store to get the capsules were out of order. Today I try to order again, again out of order of 3 out of 4 products requested. The prices are high and the availability low. Please understand that for me this is much needed medicine. Please get with your suppliers and find out why the delay in getting your products.

This has to be the worst dispensary I’ve ever patronized. The sales representative convinced me to switch from one to another, and immediately after ingesting I developed headaches. I brought the container back as I originally to the representative I would if I was not satisfied. However, I was told by management that they do not honor returns or exchanges of any form. I hope the $90 dollars you tricked out of me was worth it You unethical practitioners. At Trulieve you will never be denied an exchange because they are concerned with the human not the medicine.

Knox Medical is hands down the best dispensary in all of Orlando! Their products are always in stock and you don't have to wait very long for service, unlike other dispensaries, where you wait in long lines only to find out that they don't have what you need... The staff at Knox are amazing! They know you by name and are always happy to see you. They take the time to explain all their products in detail, without rushing. They're not trying to give you some sales pitch, like other dispensaries. The quality of their oils are top notch! Their products hold the true flavor of the plant, due to their specific process of the CO2 extractions. You can really tell the difference in quality when you smoke their vape cartridges because of the smoothness it provides. I'd highly recommend trying their products so you can taste the difference for yourself! Thank you, Knox Medical - Orlando! I will be a lifelong loyal patient because of the outstanding service and quality of products you provide!
