Absolutely horrible service, charge you for a full tank then only fill up to 3/4 of the way. Everytime you call for a delivery they are rude, make you feel like an inconvenience, and treat their customers like garbage. The owners do not care about the customers who pay their bills!

Needed a new oil tank for my house.. I called up Kafin Oil and Ben stopped by immediately and quoted me properly. I also requested a new zone put into the basement. Shortly after, they disposed the old tank, installed a new zone, and replaced the oil tank with no mess at all. I was surprised to see how fast they got everything done within a day for a decent price, will work with again!

First let me start by saying my family have used kafin for many years(10+ years) . And never complained, as the owner would always make good on any issue we had. That being said i am fed up with this company and would rather pay triple the price then let them step foot on my property again. Most of the technicians NOT ALL but the majority are horrible and have to be called back 2 or even 3 times to do the job correctly. Also the owner Ben is a LIAR. He will sign a document saying yes you are covered with service for 2 years since you are buying a brand new furnace threw them and then cancel that even though its signed and documented when you dont use his over priced oil. Luckily for you my mother is on her cancer bed and does not have the time or energy to fight this!!! This company is a joke and cannot be relied on to do any type of work in a timely or professional manner. Do as you will but i would not recomend this company to my worste enemy.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items.
