Ignore the bad reviews. People get offended and irked about any little thing now a days. Dr. Meek was so nice, respectful & knowledgeable. The young man and the lady at the front were polite and very helpful. While I was there the lady at the front (Connie) went OUTSIDE to help a patient that couldn’t come in. Talk about great service! I’ve only been using glasses for a while but my husband has had vision issues since he was a little boy. He is so pleased with the care and attention to detail Dr. Meek demonstrated because no other optometrist has ever taken the time of digging further or referring him to a specialist. We’re glad our insurance changed and that we can come here now.

Ignore the nonsense bad reviews, Dr. Meek is great. He diagnosed a condition that no optometrist had ever informed me about, and helped explain so much about an ocular issue I didn't even know I had! A lot of vision issues I've had make so much sense now. He also made the exam super easy, I was in and out quickly and got the prescription I needed. The staff was also great. They were able to track down my vision insurance information in just a few minutes even though it isn't on my insurance card, and everyone was very friendly. It was very easy to get an appointment, and I didn't even have to wait in the waiting room or lobby. Plus they have butter mints in a basket on the front desk. Can't go wrong with butter mints. 5/5, will visit again.

My wife and son have been going here for the last several years; they will never go back. They were overcharged for their contact lenses and were instructed by the clinic to do an online rebate that has been a total joke. We have found that other retailers will do the rebate for you. When we asked for help with the rebate, the office staff was incredibly rude.

Thank you Dr. Meek’s and wonderful staff. Easy to get an appointment and get my new prescription for glasses took less than a week.

They're perfectly nice, but nice is not necessarily synonymous with knowledgable/capable. Dr Meek criticized me for having eyelash extensions (as he did for another reviewer below) and when I told him one particular brand does not work for me, he asked if I'd ever worn contacts before (as if there is only one contact brand on the planet). I've been wearing them for 14 years and I know what my eyes like and do not like. I would not recommend them.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
