Do not use Intessa unless it is the only option. There is intentionally very little information about cost. Dr. Estes was nice, and quoted me $79 for a 2-year certification. When I went to pay, the guy taking my payment told me the three minutes I spent with Dr. Estes was $125 (this in addition to the $60 licensing fee you pay to the state). I told him about the discrepancy and instead of sorting it out he acted personally offended. He eventually took $79 but acted like I shot his dog. Very unimpressed with the false professionalism on display there.

Nice facility, decent pricing. They really shouldn't be spreading misinformation though. On the homepage intessa states that regulated products are safer because they dont have pesticides, this couldn't be further from the truth since there is a massive list of APPROVED pesticides on the mmfla/mmmp website, most of which havent been tested in combustible products for safety. SUPPORT honest caregivers who actually produce tested, PESTICIDE free cannabis. Happy 2019 y'all.

Intessa was the best experience I have ever had at a medical office! The staff is so friendly and professional, they know what they're doing, and they take every step seriously to ensure the process is easy and legal. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience. As a hospitality business student, Intessa defines the standards for being hospitable! Go to Intessa! Do not think about going anywhere else!!

Truly a class act. The most professional and informative certification centers I have encountered. Michelle the clinic coordinator is truly a delight and you can expect a short wait in their immaculate lobby. They make the whole process easy and approachable and I wouldn’t have it any other way which is why Intessa will always be my first choice!

We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this.
