Dr. Scott was very thorough and took his time evaluating my daughter. He explained digestive issues in terms easy for me to understand. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to friends and family. He is Genuinely a caring individual.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Holmes for a few years now and she has helped us in ways that our regular MD could not... and naturally too! My husband suffered with horrible daily headaches. His doctor prescribed him a plethora of medicine, all which didn’t help and had so many side effects. After Dr. Holmes reviewed his bloodwork she had him make dietary changes and eliminate certain foods. After a couple weeks of following her recommendations his headaches went away! Truly amazing how she uses food as medicine.

Dr. Scott Beyer and Integrative Brain and Body have absolutely changed my life. I was struggling to get up in the morning after having tossed and turned most of the night, tired all the time, suffered from muscle fatigue, exhaustion, chronic indigestion, uncontrolled hypothyroidism, and I was on a continual weight gain which was no doubt adding to the constant inflammation and chronic pain in my knees. I had pretty much come to the conclusion that this was going to be my new normal in life as I am mid fifties and aging. Now, just 11 weeks later I am able to sleep through the night, wake up with renewed energy, exercise without pain and my endurance is back. My lab results are improving and my hypothyroidism is controlled for the first time in over 2 years. In addition, I've already dropped 15 pounds of weight and feel motivated for the first time in years to increase my activity to work toward my health and fitness goals. As an R.N., I was skeptical at first, but I'm now 100% a believer in the solutions offered by Integrative Brain and Body functional medicine. Dr. Scott spends ample amounts of time educating and fine-tuning my treatment plan, and I finally feel understood and heard by a medical practitioner for the first time in my life.
